Delivery Dates:
We aim to deliver on your selected delivery date, however we cannot guarantee this. Our couriers often run into unforeseen circumstances and mechanical issues and this falls outside of our control. Fantastic Fireworks sends your parcel with express delivery but what we cannot do is guarantee that there is no hold up by our couriers and that it is delivered in the next 3 working days.
To ensure your parcel is delivered for major dates like Bonfire night or New Years Eve ensure you have ordered your fireworks in advance. Please note you cannot keep fireworks in your possession without a licence for more than 21 days.
Please note, if you do not choose a specific delivery date your parcel will be delivered after two working days.
Pre-order: Any order that contains pre-order fireworks will be held until all products are available and ready to be dispatched or collected.

Failed Firework Delivery Attempts: The courier will require a signature and is not permitted to leave the shipment unattended, so please ensure that a person over the age of 18 years old is available to sign for the delivery. Whether you buy fireworks online or over the phone, you will always have the option to specify a delivery address, so if you are unsure if anybody will be home to receive your fireworks delivery, then please consider an alternative address such as your work place. Please note that if the courier is unable to deliver as agreed, a charge of £50 will be made.
Why does it cost more to deliver fireworks?
We would like to remind you that fireworks are classed as explosives and so cost a bit more to ship compared to popular goods like CD’s, books etc.
Fireworks require specialist couriers who hold a special licence toe able to deliver and they do charge extra for handling hazardous goods like fireworks. The further away from our distribution centre (in Luton, Bedfordshire) you are, the more it will cost.
We do try to subsidise as much of these costs as possible, but can only do this so much so we hope you understand why it does cost more.
