Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before ordering fireworks online or booking a display. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Disclaimer
All customers of Fantastic Fireworks must be over the age of 18 to buy fireworks. Proof of ID is required upon delivery of goods.

2. Agreement

By accessing, buying or contacting us through this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions of use and comply with applicable laws. We do not guarantee correctness or completeness of material on this site as we may make changes to our material without notice by adding or removing features and services. We do our best to keep the information on this site as accurate and up to date as possible.

3. Use of site
You are permitted to use the site for your own purposes and print, download material from this site.

The copyright and other intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our written consent.

4. Delivery & shipping
This information will be available within the shopping cart during checkout or by or by contacting one of our sales representatives.

Express 2 day delivery applies ON ALL ORDERS. E.g. an order before midnight on a Monday will be delivered on a Wednesday at the earliest. An order placed before midnight on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday at the earliest. You will be advised of any delay or if an item is no longer available.
Whilst Fantastic Fireworks will make every effort to ensure deliveries are prompt and on time agreed, it cannot guarantee delivery times and dates.

5. Returns Policy for Retail Fireworks
We allow 30 days for you to return unwanted items but they must be kept in all original packaging for a full refund. Buyer pays for postage.

6. Payment
Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. Payments will be carried out via secure network connection.

7. Data and privacy
Fantastic Fireworks use all reasonable endeavours to safeguard the privacy of browsers on this website.
We may collect sufficient information from browsers on www.fantasticfireworks.co.uk to provide customers with any services or requests now or in the future.

Information is stored to improve our services to customers in the future. Data is stored for research purposes although we may contact you regarding updates and marketing. Professional Displays Terms & Conditions

Fantastic Fireworks will stage the display according to the specifications detailed in the agreement sent to the client
2) In the event of cancellation by the client, or if the display cannot go ahead for safety reasons, such as inclement weather, as determined by a representative of Fantastic Fireworks, the following terms shall apply:
a) cancellation more than 28 days before the event, 25% of the total amount due is payable
b) cancellation less than 28 days before the event, 50% of the total amount is payable
c) cancellation on the day, 100% of the total amount is payable
3) In the event of a cancellation for any reason Fantastic Fireworks will use its best endeavours to rearrange the date to suit the client at the original cost, plus a 20% fee to cover additional costs.
4) By payment of an initial deposit or invoice amount the client is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
